1990-760t should i hear it 700

Ok, so i've read where some people can hear their main fuel pump when the key is turned and others say they can't. When i get home to check it tonight I should at least be able to feel some vibration in it when the key is turned,Correct? Also my fuel pump relay is behind the sidewall in passenger foot well, correct? TIA
