Runs Rough & Won;t Start 200 1992

I have a 92 240 with 130,000 miles on it. This car runs great. A couple of days ago it started running rough (at start up and warmed up after cruising).

Yesterday, it just would not start. The started cranked over fine, but would not kick. I put my hand around the fuel pump relay (behind the glove box) as I turned the ignition on and felt it "click", thus I think that is not it.

Later on, the car started right up, but runs rough.

Any advise/comments would be appreciated.
