Difference between N/A - Turbo oxygen sensor? 900

I did a oxygen sensor yersterday, it was a "walker universal fit" 3 wire
i picked up last year. It dawned on me today that THAT was for a N/A car
I no longer own. SO heres the question - do I worry or leave it and drive the
car? faq states all O2 sensors read same 0.1v - 0.9v range. It did look a
but less thick, maybe the extra heat from turbo will be too much?
