Here's a car I was going to buy a few yrs back. What's interesting is the correlation between high HC and high CO--IE when one is high, the other is high.

Also look at some of the Idle CO failures--one is almost 10%! I've never seen a car test that high for CO ... there's one you wouldn't want to have idle anywhere near the inside of garage.
