Welding concern 200 1985

This weekend I’ll be doing some rust repairs on my 85 240DL Wagon. I’ll be welding, which has me a bit concerned. I was wondering what I should unplug. I know I should unplug the battery and keep the grounding clamp as close as possible, but beyond that I’m sort of clueless. I was going to remove all the fuses as well.

I’ll be working on both driver’s side floor panels, the rocker panels, the cargo area, and that should be all the time I have.

What else should I unplug? Locations would be helpful as well as any special procedures that should be adhered to.

-Eric
