ZF 22 installed and working OK...should I change to AW70/71?? 700 1986

Right now my ZF22 is working OK and no problema!! However, all FAQ'a recommend a swap for an AW 70 or 71. Should I do it or wait till the ZF22 fails?
BTW...which is preferred AW70 or AW71?
