B-cam? 200

Howdy fellow Brickers,
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I read some where that there is a noticeable improvement with using the B-cam in a B230 (1993). Sure that makes sense, but it said it was pulled out of a B21. Did I miss read this or can you put a B21 cam in a B230?
