no washer fluid and only two wiper speeds 200

so I'm guessing maybe my washer fluid pump is out? it makes no sound at all when I pull on the wiper arm. also my wipers only work on medium and fast- is this from a bad connection or something? If I'm replacing things I'd like to get new wiper fluid sprayer nozzles- to get rid of the "stream" effect I have now. anyone know of a good replacement?
