car transport advice 120-130

I will soon be transporting my freshly painted Amazon about 120 miles, from Eugene up to Portland. More than likely going with the flatbed, as opposed to tow dolly (since I have a never used and untested, rebuilt rear axle installed).

No windows in car yet, nothing installed inside except foil backed insulation on floor, and the headliner. Think I should get some type of inexpensive car cover to throw over car, so the wind doesn't rip up the headliner, or is this overkill?

Don't want to mess up the paint, the cover would only be used once for protection during the transport. Then I'll need to let the paint chemicals breathe/ evaporate (whatever the correct terminology) for a few weeks or months I'm guessing.
