More Turbo Questions: 1985 to 1981 IC conversion 200

I'm going to help transfer an intercooler from an 85 to an 81 Turbo. I don't have the 81 here yet so I can't go look at it. Questions:

1. Did the 81's come with a water-cooled Turbo?

2. Would the water-cooled Turbo unit off the 85 fit an 81? Worth the change?

3. Boneyard value of the water-cooled Turbo unit?

3. Is it worth pulling the electric fan off the 85 to put on the 81 if the 81 doesn't have one yet.
