Noise when turning left only 700 1989

Greetings

I need help or tips as to where should I start looking to solve my current problem.

I'm getting this krkk, krkk noise when I turn the steering wheel to the left 90 degress and more from neutral position. The noise is coming as if from the gas pedal area.

Funny thing is that it only comes when I'm driving and turning a tight left corner WHILE pressing the gas. If I just turn without stepping on the gas, I won't get the noise. I can't reproduce the noise whilst the car is stationary.

Anyone had something similar happened to their volvo? Thanks
