Replacing Serpentine Belt on '96 960 900 1996

My car recently failed the Virginia Safety Inspection because, according to the Inspector, "the power steering belt is frayed." Does my car even have a separate power steering belt ? I thought it has one single serpentine belt for everything. Am I wrong? How difficult is this to replace?
