Where can I find slim 4' speaker grills? 200 1988

I am mounting 4" speakers in the side panels by the rear seats in my '88 245DL. I am in need of a pair of slim 4" speaker grilles to cover them so that they won't interfere with folding the seat backs down. Anyone have any idea where I can find these? I've had no luck so far...
