Hi Folks

I need to replace my pads. All of them. i will probably do this weekend if the weather acts right.I was inspecting the rotors the other day and noticed that the front right rotor was not as smooth as the other rotors. It looked liked a record that had been played in certain areas.Did that make sense? grooves but not too bad,not as smooth as the the other rotors tho. Is this a indication of a bad rotor?
