Complete stoplight (brakelight) failure 700

All lights work on my 700 GL sedan, except all three brake lights (stop lights). Checked fuse, it's OK. Swapped with known good anyway. Swapped bulbs with known good, still no brake lights. No brake lights regardless of headlights on or off. This sounds bad. Any clues?
