Stubborn fan shroud screw 200 1987

I need to remove the plastic fan shroud and had no trouble with the top right screw. The top left one, however, has endured serious chemical warfare from PB Blaster and won't budge. I'm sure I can snap this thing off with minimal effort, but I will crack the top off a fan shroud in otherwise perfect condition. I can't apply heat obviously, as the shroud will melt. Any suggestions or tricks on removing stubborn screws like this one?? Thanks!
