Cylinder head installation 700 1986

OK, the head is off, and ready for machine shop.
It was a pain removing it, especially away from
exhaust manifold. Any tips for easier installation
will be appreciated. I would hate to destroy the head
gasket trying to place the cylinder head in its place.

Also, how do I hold the camshaft gear in order to tighten it ?
