Anyone know about B20 PENTA cams....for the road? 1973

Got a good deal on a newly rebuilt B20 (AQ130) Penta short block, just wondering if anyone had an idea of the cam used for boat motors. Builder said it was a stock penta cam. Rather not pull it out if it will work for road. Appreciate any insights.
