Are '93 245 front speakers 5.25' or 4'?? 200 1993

Am trying to replace the buzzing speaker in passenger side of wife's 93 245. Crutchfield and eBay both say that 4" is the only size that fits...but I seem to remember that the 90's 245 upgraded to the 5.25" speaker that fits into a plastic surround.
What size replacement should I look for? Any brands better than others? I like Pioneer and Kenwood...what say you, o Gurus of Volvo wisdom??
