New VDO fuel sender, where do the wires go? 200

Got my new fuel sender today and wondering where the wires go.



As you can see the yellow wire doesn't really connect up to anything. Where does the end of that wire attach? Does it supply the pumps ground or positive connection?

How does the pump itself get secured to the assembly?
