Leaky Windshield? 200

I believe I have a leak but not sure its the windshield. The water is coming in somewhere above the fuse block (not good, runs down the block into the floor tray). It was suggested by a local auto glass shop that "those 240's are notorious for leaks". I've owned several over the years, never had a problem. They suggested the cowl, through the firewall, the gutters or the windshield.
Anyone have any experience with a leak like this? Thanks for the help.
