fuel pump hose routing 200

I am redoing the prepump and need to know about the main fuel line from the top of the sender to the main pump. Is there anything inbetween that section? I am try to pull it through from under the car, but its almost like it is attached to something. What the heck is under there?

Car is a 91 240, and this is just the hose between the top of the tank to the main fuel pump.
