Hard starting '88 740 Turbo PLEASE HELP! 700

My '88 740 Turbo Wagon - takes several turns of the ignition before the engine completely starts. This happens during both cold starts and warm starts. Once it starts - the car runs fine.

I have a brand new battery. Could I need new plugs, distributor cap and rotor -to fix this? Or, could it be a fuel injection issue? Do these cars have "fuel accumulators?"

Thanks for any suggestions! The car has 150K miles.
