Howdy all,

I've just recently started having problems with the TD-6141 stock radio in my 89 740. Radio has worked fine for years and now appears to have developed intermittent solder joints on the FM tuner section, the AM section works fine. I'm going to try and locate the bad joints and resolder them this weekend. If anyone has gone through this already and can pinpoint the affected area, I'd be much obliged.

If I'm unsuccessful with the repair, does anyone have a good, working unit they'd be willing to part with?

Any and all comments and suggestions greatly appreciated,
