Sequence of maintenance items 900 1997

Hi all - Gearing up for the work on the newly acquired 960 ('97). I know I have the following things to do, but I'm looking for some advice on the order that these should be done. For instance, seems I ought to make sure I've got that leak fixed before I bother with the synth conversion. Also, any thoughts if/when to work an AutoRx treatment into the mix?

Rear main seal leak
Tranny flush and conversion to synth
Engine oil conversion to synth
Coolant flush

Also, no nivomats. Did the '97s have them, or has a prior owner swapped them out?
