High crank case pressure 200 1988

My 1988 240 GL keeps leaking oil, only when running though. I replaced the flame trap, and cam and crank seals where it was leaking. Its not leaking so much anymore, but still more than it should be. Any idea what could be causing pressure to build up in the crank case. Oil seperator maybe?
