high crank case pressure part 2 200 1988

I have a 1988 240 with the B230 engine.
my cam seal was blown out and I replaced it. I took off the whole PCV system: oil separator, flame trap, hoses and cleaned em out. And now oil is finding its way out of my filler cap. I don't know what else could be causing pressure build-up. Any suggestions?
