IAT sensor--LH 2.2 have one? 700

'89 745T (LH 2.2).

I was pouring over my evening reading material (PO maintenance records) and noticed an IAT sensor was "installed" or at least charged for by previous owner.

This is a Bosch system but does my car even have an IAT sensor? If so, I don't recall ever seeing it.

I've seen the ECT, gauge and knock sensor just below intake but not sure I've seen an IAT sensor.
