timing belt 900 1996

960 1996
Timing belt, idler pully, tensioner have been replaced and the engine will not fire. Camshaft pulleys, and camshaft are aligned, spark plugs are firing, nothing else was touched on the engine. Engine is turning over but not firing. Looking for advice.
