Replacing Headlight Sealant 200 1986

I am about to embark on fixing my wet headlights (it is driving me crazy). Anyone know of a site descibing the process with pics? Are there alot of seized/frozen fasteners that I will have to deal with. Will I need to re-align the headlights when I am done? Any cheap plastic pieces that I will for sure break?
