The inevitable nivomat failure 900

A new month so its time for a new post. At 110k miles the right nivomat gave up the ghost. But not in traditional nivomat sort of way. The car is still lever on all 4 corners. When I go over speed bumps the right rear feel much softer with more rebound movement than the left. The car does a sort of diagonal bounce. Very uncomfortable feeling. When cornering to the left there is more lean than cornering to the right. Yes I check tire pressure.
I don't like the nivomats. I never did. The ride is terrible in the back compared to my cousin's 90 740 wagon. Also I rarely load up the car with anything that would weigh it down. There is too much body roll when cornering. 23mm front sway bar is adequate but 16mm rear bar is just pathetic. Coupled with the skinny nivomat only springs and you are asking for a boat ride. You can see where this is going. Im converting the 960 to a conventional rear suspension. Its a wagon with non IRS suspension so it should be a snap.
The plan of attack: I picked up a pair of 88 745 turbo rear springs for $13 each. Also an 85 760 diesel sedan 19mm rear sway bar for $15. The 19mm bar is twice as strong as the 16mm.

None of the 700 wagons had a rear sway bar as far as I know due to stiffer springs. I don't want to get IPD bars. But they did manage to get money out of me for some Boge turbo gas shocks and a 23mm 240 turbo front sway bar bushing kit. Its a perfect fit on the 960s 23mm front bar.
So what am I missing here? What other parts should I replace while I have the suspension apart? Most of the bushings look OK in the back I think. If 19mm is no enough I might double it up with the 16mm.
