Getting rid of the felt rings: measurments 140-160

Hi,
I have a friend who has access to a shop and knowledge to perform a conversion from the old felt crankshaft seals to the newer system (don't know the name in english) sold by some volvo performance suppliers.

To do that, I'd need the accurate measurments of the modified parts and the reference for the new oil seal I should get, as well as pictures if possible, so I can provide my friend with directions to proceed. Does anyone have this info at hand and do they want to share it?
