Slight head Gasket leak 0n1990 240

I have a slight head gasket leak showing antifreeze on the passenger side front cornor right near where the water pump inserts into the head with that large black seal. It does not appear to be coming from the H2O pump and My question is: Can I just snug down the head bolts a bit to see if I can stop the least or am I asking for trouble?? Or do I have to go ahead and replace the head gasket. There is no indication of atifreeze in the oil or coming out the exhaust.

Thanks for any in-put/wisdom/experience.
