correct voltage at injectors? 700

Does anybody know what the correct voltage to the injectors is? Recently had 0 volts with key in position II. Replaced RSRelay. Now have 5 volts at injector. I thought I was supposed to have 12 volts. Anybody know? Thnx in advance.
