emissions woes 700 1991

1991 745Ti 187,000K

Failed the NO portion of the Ohio eCheck yesterday. Registered 1695 With an allowable limit of 878PPM.

Found a couple of small vacuum leaks this morning and the O2 sensor seems to be dancing between .1 and .8 volts as I believe it should.

Fuel pressure measures at 39 lbs.

Does anyone know if there is a way to override the ECU's control of engine timing. It sits at 12 BTDC at all times. Of course moving the distributor has no effect on it at all- not even a momentary change as it is moved.
