dammit,
just read that irv gordon has 2.3+ million miles on his 1800 as of jan 29, 2005.
it took my wife and i 19 years to get the 86 to 256k+ miles, a little more than 10% of irv's milage. let's see 10% (19 years) x 10 = 100% (190 years at this rate to reach 2.5 million miles).
nope, i don't think i will make it. maybe my great-grandchildren (when i get some) can get my 86 volvo to 2.5 million sometime in the 22nd century.
but then, irv's car will probably have about 23.3 million miles.
i'll have to get spock to beam my 86 up on the uss enterprise and fly at warp speed just to catch up with irv.
ahh, hell with it, i give up.
