Front seal repair in-car?? 140-160

V145S B20B is spewing oil pretty bad from the front seal. I'm just about to pull the radiator and have a go at changing to the new lip-seal modified cover.

How bad is this to do in the car? Will the crank pully come off without pullers - for which there's limited room ? Is it possible to do the cam cover replacement without ending up with an oil pan leak?

Any suggestions or tips will be most appreciated !
