88-94 760 or 740 corner lamp lense? 700 1988

I have a spare right side corner lamp lense from an early 90's 700 sedan. I am wondering what the difference is between the corner lamps of the 700s with and without the fog lamps beside the headlight and grill. Does anyone know how you can tell them apart? I am not sure which type of 700 this lense came off of.

The only number I can find on this lense is SAE A1PP2 91, if that helps any. I also have a picture of the item, if that helps.
