rear window trim 200 1988

Some jerkoff dented my rear window (the little triangle shaped one). It was parked on the street and the dent is on the sidewalk side, just about handle bar height. Anyway, the window itself is fine, just the black trim got dented on both sides. I'm wondering how to remove & replace it. It looks like there is one rivet-looking thing that I can see. Do I just drill this out of one at the p-n-p to get it off without damaging it? And if so, how do I reinstall it without any kind of riveting tools?
