Excessive wear on Rear brake pads? 900

Hey!

I replaced the rear brake pads (genuine volvo) 14,000 miles ago, last August. Fronts were replaced before that, and they still look good. But the rear pads are almost worn out!

Any first thoughts? My first guess is that I did a bad job when bleeding. Could this be it?

I'm easy on the brakes, and I do not 'ride' on them.
