...can I plug and play? the ABS "toothed" ring is supposedly on the wheel hub, so can the rotors be traded?

The 89 front passenger rotor is warped, I believe, the pulsation when braking and driving isn't the ABS overreacting, I know that for sure.... any help is appreciated!
