Gas Leak! 1990 760 Sedan 700

Hello all,

After smelling gas in car after every fillup, I discovered gas leaking from under the car, only when I'm filling the tank. The leak stops as soon as gas flow is stopped. Therefore, I'm sure there is a crack in the filler neck. What is the best way to get to the filler neck, close to where it attaches to the tank? Thanks for all the advice.
