B21FT K-jet into B23F Car? 200

I have a solid B21FT in a 83 wreck and trashed B23F in a straight clean 91. Has anyone done a swap of a K-Jet engine into a LH 2.2 car. Yes, I would rather do a B23FT, but I have the B21FT here. Is there any big problems with the mechanical part. Will the B23f manifold, TB, sensors, etc swap to the B21FT allowing the LH 2.2 to work. Should I forget it and part the wreck out to finance a B23FT.
