WOW!. 71 bids for used turbo headers at $450 sheesh...

Any body see that on Ebay? Can't they be frabicated brand new for that kind of money? I know they are of a unique design but I have never seen, in my almost seven years of Ebay-ing something that got 71 bids wow!!
