Can anybody help me? My driver's side power window on my 1990 240 DL is stuck 1/2 way down. I tried replacing the fuses but obviously they were OK because that did not fix the problem. This happened once before and I took it back to the previous owner's mechanic (who had been doing the work before I bought it). He got it fixed but would not tell me how so I assume that he rigged it by fixing something up. Any advice on what I can do and/or until I get it fixed; any way to get the window up until I can get it to a mechanic. I live in Brooklyn and I don;t feel comfortable leaving the driver's side window 1/2 open. We park on the street here.
