Strange items in oil pan. 120-130

While changing my oil yesterday, I found some strange items in the bottom of the pan. They appear to be bakelight.What other if any, parts would these be besides maybe a broken cam gear from back when. Is there any other backelight plastics in the engine other than cam gear. Also is it possible to remove oil pan with engine in car. If so what process should be executed. Thanks
