Fuel pressure gauge 200 1987

Could someone please tell me what parts are required to install a fuel pressure gauge? I'm having trouble finding the right T-fitting to use since the only ones I can find are standard.
I'm trying to find out if I have an intermittent fuel problem. Thanks!
