No Fuel Pump Action 700 1990

I'm suspecting a shot fuel pump - no noise when turning the key. Fuse #11 is OK. I checked the relay and the pencil marks on the cover and base tell me it's one that I must have resoldered some time back. Before I pull the pump, I want to check for elec power where the wires enter the tank. Can someone with a good wiring diagram tell me what color is the wire that powers the pump?

Note: About a week ago we ran the gas tank REAL LOW before we pulled in and filled up. I'm wondering if I killed the pump by sucking air or picking up setiment.
