A/C ? 200

My 82' 245's A/C was not blowing cold so I took it to the shop. They filled it, or charged it, whatever they do, and it still doesn't really blow that cold. After the A/C has been running for a bit-some kinda water-like substance drips on the passenger side under the dash. Is any of this normal?
