About to replace both motor mounts and the transmission mount 900

I am about the replace both motor moutns and the tranny mount. I wonder what is the best jacking point for the engine. Since the oil pan is not flat, I am afraid even with a piece of wood or plastic foam there still is too much force on a small area. Someone told me to jack against the crank pulley, not sure how much force the two piece pulley can take. And regarding the order, what should I replace first, the motor mounts, or the tranny mount? TIA
